Working within the Commercial team this role involves working with other Commercial Account Managers to reach performance targets and enhance profitability by developing new and existing partner and affiliate relationships.
- To develop new business and achieve business targets with a strong focus on profitability.
- To engage with external stakeholders to develop and effectively and consistently manage the relationship with affiliates.
- To develop and enhance the number of affiliates working with Pingtree and our other products.
- To promote the Quintessential and other brands and develop our presence and networks in the financial services market.
- Daily and weekly updating and reporting of affiliate performance.
- Competitor analysis and statistical reviews of MI data.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders ensuring consistency and full compliance.
- Ensuring timely responses to affiliate queries.
- Ensuring all complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.
