Webgains is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within the operational business to lead projects and manage BAU operations. This role will deliver operational projects across the business including legal and compliance, IT, customer success and general operations and continue to support these areas.

Key Role responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships across the business, to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations across global functions including compliance, legal, customer success and IT projects.
  • Review workloads and resource to ensure targets can be met and processes are effective
  • Manage multiple operational projects across the business, delivering them to set deadlines.
  • Understand team structures and business operations to ensure relevant stakeholders are involved in projects to make decisions and meet key milestones.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates on cross- market operations with senior stakeholders
  • Share project management techniques during company training weeks.

ESSENTIAL requirements:

  • 4 years in an operations role at an agile, fast paced company 
  • Enthusiasm for project management methodology
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards multiple deadlines at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build good relationships across the business

DESIRABLE requirements:

  • Affiliate or digital marketing experience
