Monetise is a globally recognised performance marketing and lead generation company operating out of Derby. We have grown very quickly since launching in 2011, thanks largely to a passionate and talented team.

We are looking for an aspiring Account Executive, who will be vital in the business development and management of our newly launched mobile-focused network. This is an exciting opportunity for a keen and talented individual, with further opportunities to expand their role within a small but growing team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients across our brand new mobile network. This will involve:

  • Understanding and working closely with clients and affiliates to identify their needs
  • Managing affiliates and driving revenue through creating long term relationships
  • Identifying, sourcing and recruiting new affiliates, strategic partners and clients
  • Willingness to understand and develop third-party technologies
  • Proactively keeping in contact with all affiliates and clients
  • Proactively liaising with sales team and clients to feedback on campaign performance
  • Ensuring campaigns are tracking correctly
  • Day to day management and administration across affiliate/client accounts
  • Representing Monetise at related trade shows and exhibitions as well as attending regular networking events and meetings outside of normal work hours

Key Skills/ Experience:

  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to innovate within the role and build market leading campaigns
  • Analytical skills, with experience in affiliate marketing (candidates with a general understanding and self-confidence to learn quickly may also be considered)
  • An ability to communicate effectively and in a friendly, professional manner with clients and potential business partners
  • Strong organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • An ability to multi-task and manage/prioritise daily tasks whilst working to tight deadlines but without compromising on quality
