Approaching 2.8m members, the company has recently expanded with the opening of a London office to compliment the existing 2 locations and the launch of TopCashBack.com in the USA.



TopCashBack are looking for a pro-active and creative Campaign Manager to join the partnerships team in our London Office.  The partnerships team is responsible for sourcing new cashback deals and delivering value to our members as well as our merchant partners. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the ideal candidate will be commercially focused and eager to maximise seasonal trends for the department. The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with partner affiliate networks and clients.


Key Responsibilities may include:


  • Creating and managing campaigns

  • Liaising with marketing to develop co-ordinated strategies

  • Attending meetings and affiliate days

  • Pro-actively looking for new opportunities

  • Developing relationships with Affiliate Networks agencies and clients

  • Take ownership of a selection of clients, this will involve meeting regularly with the client, planning activity and offering first rate support to help them achieve their marketing goals

  • Ensuring that Top CashBack is offering market leading promotions

  • Ensuring that the Top CashBack website remains accurate/up to date

  • Analysing results and using these to improve future campaigns

  • Working with our marketing team to ensure relevant deals are sourced


Required Skills/Attributes


  • Two years’ experience in affiliate marketing from a network

  • Enthusiasm!

  • Professional manner

  • Outgoing and lively personality

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

  • Self motivated

  • Strong written skills

  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

  • Ability to analyse data and present findings
