Media trading platform creator IPONWEB has purchased Adternity for its roster of enterprise clients and presence in the German market.

Adternity will be rebranded to IPONWEB so that its business, operations and intellectual property now operate and provide services under a single name, which will avoid any confusion that might occur from running two disparate companies.

Founded in 2008, Adternity designs workflow and user interface projects for ad sector clients including agencies, publishers and other ad tech or real-time bidding businesses. The company boasts significant reach across the US and Europe.

Custom user interfaces

Boris Mouzykantskii, IPONWEB CEO, hopes marketers will get a better level of assistance from Adternity’s integration as they look to better manage their digital advertising through the building of custom user interfaces, integration environments and reporting dashboards.

“Adternity brings to the table a highly specialised team, capability and experience in the provision of workflow, visualisation and dash-boarding capabilities for the advertising sector,” said Mouzykantskii.

IPONWEB has plans to use the acquisition of Adternity to expand its operations and engineering team in Germany. From here the company hopes to support its growth both inside the country and across the wider European market.
