FusePump has been the busiest since our last article summarising the performance marketing industry’s biggest staff changes. The product feeds company has had a minor reshuffle of its upper management.

Rob Durkin, Fusepump's founder, was previously chief executive officer and is now head of innovation. Sean McAuley has been made director of client services, whereas a new role has been created for Jane Shergold. The former operations director is now head of talent.

There are two new hires for Starcom MediaVest Group. Its head of performance marketing is now Sabino Petruccelli, who comes from OMD Australia. He is joined by head of strategy, Eva Powell, who used to be strategy director at MPG Media Contacts.

Tradedoubler Changes

Ex-Facilitate Digital man, Stewart Emerson, has been appointed vice president, sales and marketing at Tradedoubler after originally joining the affiliate network as interim marketing and communications director in September 2012.

Govert van Eerde, known for helping to launch the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) in the Netherlands, now finds himself as country manager for the Netherlands and Belgium at Tradedoubler.

Continuing on the Tradedoubler theme, Daniel Lancioni has called time on his career at the network, moving to affilinet where he will again be a senior account manager. Jane Henry left as head of pr and communications for a job as head of marketing communications at Inmarsat.

From South Africa to Australia

Continent-hopping performance marketer, Verity Beard, has started her new position as publisher manager at dgm Australia. Beard has prior account management experience in South Africa for dgm and at Tradedoubler in the UK.

Media agency MEC was successful in persuading former head of SEO and social media at MoneySupermarket, Ben McKay, to join the media agency. McKay is managing director of organic performance and will report to Mick Style, managing director of MEC Manchester.

Stacey Alexander has swapped performance marketing for big data. Alexander becomes Squawka’s Brand and Agency Director after three years at Arena Media UK where she finished as head of performance.
