Omnicom revealed to PerformanceIN that it has doled out a duo of promotions to two of its affiliate and digital partnerships managers. Sophie Higgs and Samantha Harrison are now account directors at the agency.

Digital media platform, Pubmatic, has brought John Stoneman into the senior director position. He joins from InMobi where he spent three years as sales director, EMEA and general manager.

After almost seven years at Rakuten LinkShare, Mumtaz Khamker, has decided to go it alone and become a digital marketing consultant specialising mainly in the area of affiliate marketing. She counts ex-employer, LinkShare, and Reprise Media among her clients.

More on the Rakuten LinkShare front as Raife Bidder swaps publisher for network. Having occupied five positions in just two years at Marco Media, Bidder is now an account manager at LinkShare.

UK Web Media Recognises Long-time Servant

Publisher umbrella, UK Web Media, has seen fit to reward Emily Mansfield for her five years in the role of account manager. Mansfield’s new title is business development manager where she’ll be responsible for digital marketing, projects, paid search and client management.

Ralph Remkes was recently unveiled as Neckermann.com’s new marketing manager, having progressed through the ranks at bol.com. Responsibilities now include both offline and online in his new position at the e-commerce company.

As if juggling four roles wasn’t enough, Mike Hoogveld has added another string to his bow. The Dutch holder of a PhD in economics, is a new associate partner at Holland Consulting Group.

Media agency, MediaCom, has welcomed Nicola Marsh as a board director at i-lab in its northern division. I-lab is MediaCom’s specialist digital division launched in March last year, which focuses on search and social.
