VoucherCodes.co.uk, leading savings site and Gold Sponsor for the Performance Marketing Awards 2021, has reported a successful first year for its NHS platform, having driven £5.6m in sales for its brand partners since launch in May 2020. 

Launched at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, VoucherCodes’ NHS platform was created to provide NHS staff with exclusive discounts, whilst also providing brand partners with a way to reward NHS workers for their hard work on the front line against the virus. In its first year alone, the platform has saved NHS staff £970k as they shopped online throughout the pandemic.

Using bespoke verification technology in order to function as a gated offer platform, the page is accessible only to those with valid NHS email addresses –  allowing brands to confidently run extra special NHS discounts securely. In just a year, VoucherCodes has partnered with 230 brands to offer over 500 NHS-exclusive savings. 

To show further support for NHS workers, VoucherCodes has donated 10% of money made from the platform to NHS Charities Together, an organisation representing, supporting and championing over 140 NHS charities nationwide.
