Centro, the automation enterprise technology provider, has acquired AI-driven search advertising and marketing intelligence platform QuanticMind. Centro’s 700 employees will be joining the 30 employees at QuanticMind, as Centro continues with their vision of building a highly comprehensive digital marketing SaaS platform.

Acceleration Partners are continuing their growth into the EMEA region with two new hires. Hayley Lambert has been hired as Account Director, and her new role will see her allocating, managing and developing the account team. She will be working closely with clients to build robust strategies to continuously grow and develop their businesses.

In another move for Acceleration Partners, Stephanie Lester has moved on from Essence, a cross-channel agency, to become the Global Account Director at AP. She will be responsible for client success and satisfaction of programmes within her remit, working closely with teams in each region to drive operational excellence and deliver against KPIs.

Equator’s Seán Mahon has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of Performance Media, moving on from his role heading up the agency’s affiliate team. He is now responsible for managing a team of experts across the Performance Marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media marketing and email marketing.

As Havas Media Group seeks to unify its digital team under a new biddable team structure, Paul Bland has been appointed to the newly created role of Head of Biddable Media. Joining from iProspect, where he spent almost six years and was responsible for driving growth and innovation across digital and performance products and solutions, in his new role, Bland will lead the 100+ digital specialists in Havas’ UK and international teams. 

Rebecca White has joined Connexity as Director of Publisher Development. Her primary focus will be applying her expertise in cultivating publisher relationships and driving incremental revenue to the Connexity portfolio. Rebecca brings an analytical mindset and will also work to identify revenue growth opportunities for publishers.

The Ozone Project has hired Dora Michail-Clendinnen to the newly-formed role of Chief Strategy Officer. She will also fulfill the position of Company Secretary, while being responsible for developing Ozone’s strategic priorities, deepening Ozone’s relationships with key stakeholders, and raising standards of governance as the business continues to grow.

Matthew Morgan has been appointed as Managing Director of tmwi Ltd. In his new role he will lead planning and strategy as well as client services, whilst growing the agency’s team and client base and focusing on product and capabilities development. Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in media, across agencies, broadcast and ad technology, with brands including Amex and Spotify.

Marcus Tober founded Searchmetrics in 2005, and has changed roles, becoming Founder and Chief Evangelist. Searchmetrics is continuing to grow to meet the needs of marketers as SEO becomes increasingly important. Marcus’s new role unites external and internal activities, aiming to facilitate both industry and company growth. With his deep SEO knowledge and experience, Marcus will lead Searchmetrics’ external push to explain the value that SEO can deliver and how it needs to develop in the future.

Incubeta UK, the independent digital marketing services group, welcomes Sally Laycock as CEO. She is succeeding Luke Judge, who has headed up the company as US and UK Group CEO for the past five years. Sally will use her operational expertise and intimate knowledge of the business to lead the business.  Laycock joined Incubeta in 2008 as Financial Controller and became Chief Financial Officer UK and US in 2017, with her role involving overseeing all financial and business operations.

Audiencerate has announced the appointment of Filippo Gramigna as its new CEO. Previously a strategic advisor for Audiencerate, Gramigna will leverage his in-depth understanding of the business and over 20 years of international leadership experience to fuel Audiencerate’s global market growth. Alongside an ongoing passion for media and advertising, Gramigna has a proven track record in business development, consumer marketing, and strategic consultancy, as seen from his recent roles as Vice President of Global Sales at Widespace and Vice President Global Commercial Partnerships at Adform.

Accelerated Mission’s Paul Turner has been appointed by Covatic to help build and develop its Go-to-Market strategy. He will help to sign key deals within the marketplace, structuring the GTM strategy and hiring a robust commercial team. In recent months, Paul has been focused on helping start-ups with their commercial operations and working with them to maximise their success.
