Acceleration Partners Strengthens EMEA Leadership Team to Support Rapid Growth

The appointment of Stephanie Swan as Acceleration Partners’ EMEA operations director comes as a result of the agency’s rapid growth in the region.

With continuing expansion plans in EMEA, global affiliate marketing consultancy Acceleration Partners has hired Stephanie Swan as EMEA operations director as a result of exceptional growth for the company. 

With over 13 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, Swan brings a wealth of experience to the team. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Swan was joint managing director at CAKE Marketing in Europe and had previously worked at Neo@Ogilvy. 

In her new role, she will work closely with EMEA managing director Helen Southgate in leading and managing the delivery and operational side of the business. 

“We are committed to offering something unique in the EMEA market, driving better affiliate marketing programmes for the world’s largest brands. We are continually looking at ways in which we can add more value to our clients by running their programmes more efficiently and creating more revenue opportunities. Having Stephanie on board with her experience of leading and developing teams will strengthen our speed and ability to do this,” commented Southgate. 

Swan is delighted to be joining the team; “I am excited about this new challenge with Acceleration Partners. Over the past two years, the business has seen rapid growth across EMEA and, together with a great team, I’m looking forward to leading the delivery team to deliver better affiliate marketing programmes for our clients and continue revenue growth across the EMEA business.”

Since launching in August 2017, Acceleration Partners’ EMEA business has grown from one to 22 team members, with the numbers only set to rise as new hubs in Germany and Italy growing to support its European client expansion.
