Awin US, comprising of Awin and ShareASale, will unify leadership and operations this year to expand on the solutions offered to both platforms in North America and internationally.

The merge will offer streamlined partnership opportunities for their publishers, advertisers and agency partners as well as agile platform toolsets to protect channel revenue from the decline of third-party tracking and ad blocking. It will also empower digital marketers to make informed decisions thanks to real-time network business intelligence. By providing an ethical, transparent and flexible network approach, clients will be able to see measurable returns from the affiliate space, too

Alexandra Forsch will be leading the way as president of all US operations. In her new role, she will manage all North American activity for both Awin and ShareASale in order to drive growth and establish Awin as the inaugural destination for performance marketing solutions. Sarah Beeskow Blay will continue in her role as vice president to oversee the daily operations of ShareASale. Together, they will help Awin US Group to be more aligned in its operation to drive large-scale projects and advancements.

Awin and ShareASale will start to unify the brands to operate solely under the Awin name in 2019.

“Merging ShareASale and Awin is an essential step towards solidifying the end to end proposition for our North American partners. We’re excited to continue capitalising on our unrivalled reach and expertise, assisting retailers and affiliates to navigate through the continually evolving digital landscape with greater ease and security,” commented Mark Walters, Awin CEO.
