First up, digital agency Visualsoft has named Daniel Dixon as head of social as the company continues to grow. His job will involve scaling the company’s offering, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, developing content topics and managing day-to-day social media output.

Acceleration Partners’  Sarah Johnson Dayes was promoted to chief client officer and in addition to overseeing the company’s largest global client relationships, she will be responsible for defining and executing Acceleration Partners’ standards for delivering account management and client service.

Paul Johnson undertook the role of president of Adobe for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to oversee field and business operations. Johnson joined directly from his role as president for Adobe of Asia Pacific (APAC) and has a wealth of experience in leading business and digital transformations at executive and operational levels across multiple regions and sectors.

Merkle company, DWA, hired Rob Gold to serve as its managing director of Merkle United Kingdom. He will be instrumental in providing strategic leadership and counsel to the agency’s B2B tech clients. Gold was most recently managing partner at Zenith UK, heading up the planning teams and clients at the Publicis agency.

Media powerhouse Bauer Media appointed Simon Kilby as chief revenue officer for radio. His new role will see him create and implement the advertising strategy and lead a unified radio sales team. Kilby’s expanded role comes at a time of high demand from commercial partners eager to engage with Bauer’s hugely influential radio brands that include Absolute Radio, KISS and Magic Radio and the new Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio Networks.

Silicon Valley-based agency, Hero Digital LLC, welcomed Kenneth Parks as its first chief marketing officer. Parks joins the company from Dentsu Aegis Network where he served as CMO and will now help spearhead Hero Digital’s brand strategy, marketing and sales enablement.

A team of five specialists will manage the needs of Sublime’s expanding client base across Southeast Asia, Hong-Kong, Japan, and Australia. Justin Lim will be heading up the new Singapore office, where he will be responsible for driving key developments in Southeast Asia and expand the company’s reach in the region as well as forming strategic partnerships.
