To kick things off, RevLifter has hired Adam Manners as account director after nearly four years at TopCashback, while James Maley has joined as head of business development for EMEA and APAC after heading up European Business Development at CJ Affiliate.

Meanwhile, over at iotec Global, media industry veteran Eric Newnham is now part of the executive board of directors. Newman previously served as global head of out of home agency at Kinetic.

Ad tech company Tappx has appointed José Manuel González Pacheco as advanced TV and audio advertising strategist and partnerships director, marking the company’s expansion into new digital advertising markets.

Tremor Video DSP has confirmed the appointment of Edward Shannon as the company’s new head of client success in an effort to further their commitment to client success and customer relationships.

Raymond Dooley, formerly of truTV, AMC, Viacom and Disney, will be joining dataxu as VP of corporate marketing. At dataxu, Dooley will oversee a global team focused on bringing dataxu’s solutions and unique brand proposition to agencies, advertisers and media sellers.

On the agency side of things, Stephen Waddington joins Metia Group, the international digital marketing agency, as UK managing director.

Wavemaker has welcomed Diana Vincent as head of digital and performance and Sandra Lopez, who will lead the Kimberly-Clark team as digital director, reporting to Vincent. Vincent will help to build and strengthen Wavemaker’s digital, data and tech solutions to its current and new clients. Lopez came from Sydney where she was driving digital growth at Slingshot where she worked on high profile clients such as Universal Sony, Disney Theatrical and Royal Caribbean cruises.

In other news, Jaywing’s search agency Epiphany has scouted Alex Blaikley as client leadership director, signalling the completion of the agency’s move towards a new team structure centred around clients. Blaikley will oversee the client leadership team in the UK having joined from his previous role as group head of clients at iProspect.

Following a period of rapid growth and significant client wins, integrated marketing agency Article 10 has appointed the International Advertising Association’s (IAA UK) Chair, Karen Carter as managing director and Paul Maraviglia to the position of chief commercial director.

Commerce marketing agency smp has made two new specialist appointments to its Amazon team to support the agency’s ongoing international growth. Bella Bui has been appointed media buyer, with Febby Mpundu appointed as content specialist.

Over at Simulmedia, a pioneer in advanced TV advertising, Matt Mitchell has been appointed as vice president of sales.

Lastly, Zack Grice moves over to data analytics company SilverLine for the newly created position of director, marketing and partnerships.
