EPMA Winners: Profusion Goes “Extra Mile” for Best in Finance Award

In the wake of the industry’s-first ever annual award ceremony outside of the UK, PerformanceIN catches up with victors of the European Performance Marketing Awards. The Best in Finance category was sponsored by CPA.

Identifying a performance marketing company excelling within the finance vertical was no easy task for the EPMA judging panel, but one company truly stood out within this crowded and competitive arena.

For stellar use of personalisation on mobile and a “fresh perspective” on email marketing, the judges awarded the Best in Finance title to data science specialist Profusion.

The extra mile

The group’s solution delivery team leader, Alena Lapukhova, spoke of the group’s “pride” in winning at the European Performance Marketing Awards, for a campaign built on the strength of teamwork.

“Going the extra mile on content and collaborating closely with clients and partners can make a good campaign great,” she added.

Working in collaboration with marketing agency Jaywing on a campaign for First Direct, the intelligence marketing company focused on using a dynamic template to create ‘tap and reveal’ emails, tailored to chime with each customer.

Marrying clever creative content with high quality design and delivery, a message encouraged recipients to scan their finger on an interactive image, which then fed back personalised loan details, enabling each customer to contact First Direct immediately.
