What are some developments that Red Letter Days have seen this year that put them ahead of their competitors? 

At the beginning of 2015 they introduced Cross Device Tracking with Affiliate Window. After seeing case studies whereby Affiliate Window saw 50% traffic from mobile devices they realised that the growing trend in customer behaviour shows that they use multiple devices to secure a purchase. This now gives Red Letter Days a better understanding as to how the performance channel drives customers.

What does this mean for their affiliates? 

Signing up to the Cross Device tracking with Affiliate Window means that all the affiliates on their programme can be rewarded for multiple-device purchasing journeys. 

What resources/commission does Red Letter Days offer its affiliates? 

They offer up 13% commission throughout the year, discounts and offers to suit the affiliate, generic and ad-hoc creative and regular incentives and competitions. 

Are there any exciting developments coming up for Red Letter Days? 

Christmas is their biggest season. It is also their first Christmas since they consolidated the programme exclusively to Affiliate Window. The goal this year was to grow the long tail affiliates and increase the channel by 15%. They are hoping to continue doing so through to the Christmas period.
