Affiliate Window celebrated its eighth annual gala dinner at The Brewery in London on Thursday, attended by over 500 guests from performance marketing’s leading advertisers, publishers and agencies.

Established in 2007 and giving party-goers the opportunity to network and build upon key relationships, the clandestine ‘Curiosity Club’ – black-tie with a double-shot of cabaret – is now one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the industry calendar.

After a champagne reception and toast from managing director Mark Walters, guests were seated for an exquisite menu of roasted bass or torn buratta to start. This was followed by a choice of main course in the form of smoked beef brisket or baked aubergine parmigiana, and rounded off with the famous ‘Brewery ganache’.

During and after-dinner entertainment came in the form of exuberant dancing displays as backflips, turns and twists set the stage alight. PerformanceIN would like to reserve a special mention to the pair of dancers who acted out nearly all of their routine wrapped in a curtain approximately 20ft above the audience, unravelling from the material as their show gathered pace.

After a well-timed coffee, it was time to take a turn to the upstairs bar, where attendees could take a no-risk approach to gambling with free games of roulette and blackjack, ran by the event’s very own croupiers. A vodka-luge was also available for those daring a full-risk approach to partying.

The atmosphere was carried long into the night, with the band performing a medley of samba and funk-styled modern classics. And, with clock chiming 03:00am, the remaining few said fairwell to yet another fantastic year for the event.
