Schaaf-PartnerCentric Acquires PMG in Latest US Affiliate Merger


Affiliate programme management agency Schaaf-PartnerCentric yesterday announced the acquisition of Paulson Management Group, Inc.

Thrilled to announce the new deal with PMG president Heather Paulson, Schaaf-PartnerCentric ceo Brook Schaaf said; “We have had good conversations with her team and clients, whom we look forward to continuing to serve."

The two companies manage more than 75 affiliate programs including Moosejaw Mountaineering, In The Swim, LightInTheBox,, BuildASign and Cardstore.

Founded in 2006, Schaaf-PartnerCentric is today one of the largest agencies specialising in affiliate program management, whilst affiliate and online marketing agency PMG specialise in large brand launch initiatives in the CPA space. The newly combined company will operate as Schaaf-PartnerCentric with headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Paulson said she was pleased to support an acquisition to the benefit of all her company’s clients and associates; "Brook Schaaf and his associates will continue our service offerings by enriching a legacy that was born out of passion and will continue to thrive under Schaaf-PartnerCentric management and guidance."

Schaaf agreed that the acquisition will offer tremendous value to its advertiser clients;

“This is a time of change for our industry in terms of technology, partner strategies, order attribution, commission structures and international opportunities.”

In 2013, Schaaf-PartnerCentric retail clients experienced an average year-over-year revenue growth of 171% with an accompanying 26% decrease in average cost of sale. The company received the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award for Affiliate Program Management Agency of the Year in 2013, and its blog was named one of the Top 25 Affiliate Marketing Blogs of 2013.
