Auto Trader is the UK’s number one site to buy and sell new and used cars, bikes, vans, trucks and caravans with over 350,000 vehicles online and monthly unique users of up to 10 million per month.

R.O.EYE has been managing the affiliate program, which is operated through the Affiliate Window Network, since 2011 and following a hugely successful 2012 (including September 2012 being the biggest ever month on the Affiliate Program), R.O.EYE have been retained by Trader Media Group to manage the affiliate program into 2014.

With some excellent tools for publishers, including a free CAP valuation tool, a wide range of creative and a great attitude client side to try new things and different approaches, the program will continue to go from strength to strength. New initiatives for 2013 include the upcoming launch of Bike Trader as an additional tranche to the program as well as increased brand marketing where affiliates will benefit from the halo effect, we predict that 2013 will be another monster year for the Auto Trader Affiliate program.

Commenting on retaining R.O.EYE to continue managing the Affiliate Program, Simon Johnston, Senior Marketing Executive at Auto Trader said, “Over the last 24 months R.O.EYE have been an essential extension of our in-house marketing team, helping us achieve double digit growth in the affiliate channel. We look forward to a close partnership with them over the next year as we develop our programme.”

Gavin Male, Managing Director of R.O.EYE commented, “Auto Trader is a great program to manage, Chris Blower has done an excellent job working with the team at Auto Trader and we’ve had some good successes to date. There is however plenty more growth available in the program and the introduction of Bike Trader to the mix as well as the extra tools and creative mean we should see even better results in 2013 and beyond.”
