Please read these terms carefully as they will set out the terms of your membership with PerformanceIN and Existem Events Ltd.

Membership benefits

Membership benefits vary by package and can always be found online, or alternatively contact the team for a PDF version.

How do you become a member?

Membership is available to all adults over 18 years of age, where they are legally allowed to enter into a contract with us.

After submitting your account details and payment processed and validated your account will be instantly set live and your membership starts.

How long is my membership

Your membership starts immediately upon payment. It continues for a minimum term of 12 months.

What does my membership cost?

Cost will depend upon the package you choose. We’ll clearly state the cost of your membership before you checkout and agree to these terms and conditions. Prices are in GBP / Sterling and exclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Any introductory price, or offer are strictly limited and may be cancelled at any time without notice.

Using your membership benefits

Membership benefits are non transferable and unused benefits from each 12 month period cannot be carried forward or refunded in any circumstance.

Members on the Associate & Partner packages will be assigned an account manager to assist you in getting the most from the packages.

Cancellation Terms

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

If you decide to cancel within 14 days of the start of your membership as determined by your payment receipt, we will refund any payments received from you using the same method of payment you used to purchase your PerformanceIN membership.

You will not be entitled to a refund of your initial payment if you cancel after 14 days of your initial payment.

How can I cancel my membership?

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am til 5.30pm. We will confirm cancellation with you instantly over the phone.

Cancelling after 14 days

If you would like to cancel membership and it has been more than 14 days since the start of your membership you can cancel on the same telephone number above. You must however call us at least 15 days before your next billing date, otherwise you will be required to make your next bill payment and your membership will continue until the end of the next billing period.

What else should I know?

We may change our membership benefits at any time with 30 days notice and you may cancel your membership within this notice period.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of membership at any time, if we do so we will inform you.

We may at any time and at our sole discretion terminate your membership if we have grounds to do so and reimburse any payment you have made.

Membership is subject to approval. If for any reason we decide to not accept you or your company for any reason we will reimburse you in full.

Membership is subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
