It’s our roundup of the latest employee changes on our radar, and we’re starting October’s moves with the departure of IgnitionOne’s UK managing director Simon Haynes. Stephan van den Bremer, MD of the company’s European arm, will be holding up the position in the interim whilst a successor is found.

Data intelligence

Having previously served as chief analytics officer at Axciom Corporation, Jie Cheng joins travel data specialists ADARA in the same position with a view to building out the company’s solutions in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Email data company Return Path announced the hiring of marketing technology industry veteran Scott Roth as chief marketing officer, having most recently served as vice president of global marketing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

With 15 years experience in business development, Clive Rumsey joins REaD Group as business development director- having left the same title at Communisis Data Intelligence.

Agencies & affiliates

Carrying experience from his former role at mobile performance agency Somo, Neil Bruce joins Mindshare’s strategy team as head of mobile, replacing James Chandler, who recently moved into the newly created position of global mobile director.

Also in the mobile sector, Nick Stebbings makes a leap from the position of mobile consultant at MobPartner to join MoBea Media as UK MD & global mobile director.

Adding another new member to an increasingly bolstered team, iProspect announced the appointment of Britt Soeder as head of owned media in the UK. Soeder joins from Greenlight and will be responsible for leading iProspect’s natural search team.

Navigate Digital signals its intent with a trio of hires to its affiliate team: Former Commission Junction account manager Lauren Forbes has moved into the company as affiliate account director. Leaving similar roles behind them Alastair Kidner and Toni Pitchfork join as account managers.   

Tech take-ons

Predictive marketing software firm Kenshoo has backed its growth in Asia with the appointment of Yukihiko Imamura as managing director for its Asia Pacific and Japan region.  

Digital video advertisers YuMe welcomed Emmanuel Ogidan as its manager of publisher services, having left Rubicon Project as publisher account director.

Dharmesh Damani has has left Yahoo-owned mobile personalisation platform Flurry to head up the sales department at real-time ad company FlxOne.

Various artists

Founder of playlists.net Kieron Donoghue brings his talents into the mainstream, becoming vice president global playlists strategy and curation at Warner Music Group.

Former Trinity Mirror Head of Creative Solutions Keith Yonish joins APL Media as new director of creative content and partnerships.

Having founded the app enrich-in which connects people locally based on shared interests, Femi Omoluabi has taken the position of search director worldwide at digital agency Mindshare.

Bartłomiej Trośniak leaves Tradedoubler’s Polish division- remaining in Warsaw as Value Media’s performance account manager.

Former partnerships manager at thetrainline Chris Campbell remains in the online transport sector with his latest move to minicab comparison startup Kabbee as head of partnerships and affiliates.
