Acxiom Becomes an Audience Data Provider in Facebook Marketing Partner Program

Acxiom® (NASDAQ: ACXM), an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company, today announced it is joining the newly renamed Facebook Marketing Partners Program, formerly the Facebook PMD Program. As part of this, Acxiom’s audience data and onboarding capabilities in the United States, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, will be available to Facebook marketers globally. Acxiom’s data -which is available in Facebook as Partner Categories through the Ads API, Ads Manager, and Power Editor- allows marketers to select specific audiences based on Acxiom’s interest and behavioural data. By leveraging insights beyond social data, Partner Categories can enable marketing campaigns to perform better, deliver more value and become more relevant to consumers, all in a privacy compliant manner. This in turn helps Facebook’s advertisers to better connect with people more inclined to buy certain products or services.
