Affiliate marketing-driven Tracsion has acquired the Florida-based performance marketing company Crush Ads.

Tracsion, which is part of bluTonic, Inc, was founded in 2010 in Los Angeles, California by Adam Grossman and Mirza Ibrahimovic. The group specialises in delivering ad solutions across display, mobile, with plenty of emphasis on gauging the performance of activity.

The deal will allow Tracsion to add Crush Ads’ cross-platform solutions to its existing inventory for email, social media, mobile and search.

“We are extremely excited about the acquisition of Crush Ads. This is a strategic play in an existing effort to expand our presence in performance market and we look forward to the new opportunities this provides,” said bluTonic, Inc. founding partner Grossman.

Positive impact

The acquisition will also allow Tracsion to expand into new markets and offer additional media solutions such as strategic media planning and internal media buying.

Publishers will further benefit from connecting directly with advertisers and agency of record (AOR) relationships associated with Crush Ads, a division of BMI Elite, Inc.

Brandon Rosen, CEO of Crush Ads, expressed his enthusiasm for the deal and his trust in the founders of Tracsion.

“Crush Ads is a great company and we are eager to see how this acquisition will positively impact the affiliate network business as a whole. I have known Adam and Mirza for a long time and am confident that they will take this to the next level.”
