Following the trials and tribulations of 2020, this year has been challenging for all. At PerformanceIN, we are continuously impressed by the remarkable creativity and adaptation of industry professionals, and their commitment to helping partners succeed. Our Top 50 list is here to recognise these people, and we are pleased to be opening up nominations for this year today.

The alphabetical list is curated from a B2B perspective made up of a combination of peer nominations and research conducted by the team at PerformanceIN. We want you to help us feature the best of the best on this years’ list.

What are we looking for?

Innovation is a theme that we are really picking up on in 2021. The pandemic has made it clear exactly how agile our industry is; the adaptation of both people and companies has been remarkable.

The future is bright, and what ensures its success is the expertise of industry minds.

Our aim is to recognise and showcase 50 impressive individuals from across the globe who have added true value to the performance marketing space over the past 12 months.

They could have driven an innovative campaign, implemented new technologies, presented as an ambassador in the industry, or maybe they have generally had a positive impact on their team when overcoming challenges and hurdles.

As well as celebrating those who are established in their roles and consistently successful, we want to open our list to recognise and celebrate rising stars who have demonstrated passion and creativity from the beginning of their journey. We want to celebrate excellence across the board.

Let’s hear from some of those who previously made the cut:

Aayush Bagadiya, Client Services Analyst at CJ Affiliate: “Getting featured in PerformanceIn’s Top 50 list was one of my biggest milestones yet. Getting recognised by my peers in an industry that I’m proud to be a part of was the highlight of my year. Getting featured in the list not only opened a lot of doors for me but also helped me connect with peers in the industry all over the world.”

Samantha Crow, DE Media Manager at MediaCom: “PerformanceIN is recognised as the leading authority on all things performance marketing driven. It was therefore a huge honour to be nominated for this recognition.”

Adam Clisby, Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Specialist at Vodafone: “It was an honour to be included in last year’s PerformanceIN Top 50. The award helped me form new connections within the digital marketing community, as well as boost my profile internally at Vodafone and externally within the affiliate industry. Anyone who is included should feel incredibly proud.”

Fred Maude, Head of Product Development at Incubeta: “Since joining the industry five years ago, I have always read PerformanceIN regularly. To be named in their 50 was a privilege, given the weight I have placed on their publications over the years.

“Being recognised on the list has also helped spark new friendships and solidify many others. In an industry primed for disruption, I am sure many of this year’s winners will be the drivers of change. Good luck to everyone involved.”

Show your appreciation and recognition now

Recognition of expertise and efforts goes a long way – now is the time to bring attention to those you think have gone above and beyond in their work.

First of all, a little bit of housekeeping. It is important to note that you are not able to nominate yourself to feature on the list – this is the perfect opportunity to show your peers how much you value them and the work they do. However, a representative within a company can nominate someone from their own organisation.

To nominate someone for the #PerformanceINTop50, simply complete this form. To help spread the word and support your nominations, voters and nominees are encouraged to share their entries using the hashtag #PerformanceINTop50.

All nominations will be carefully reviewed by the PerformanceIN team based on the evidence highlighted in the submission in regards to each individual’s work and contribution to the industry over the past year. The more evidence you can provide to support your nomination, the better.

Nominations close on 28 October – so you have just over a month to get thinking about who you believe deserves a nomination.

Take a look at last year’s list to get an idea of some of the previous talent that have featured on the PerformanceIN Top 50 list. We cannot wait to review this years’ submissions!
