The Ozone Project has hired Emma Cranston into the newly-formed role of head of client services. In this new role, Emma will be responsible for Ozone’s client services approach, as well as leading the team who manage ongoing relationships and live campaigns with both media agencies and advertiser customers.

In a move designed to advance video offerings and verification worldwide, Flashtalking has appointed Michael Tuminello. In his new role of VP of strategy, Michael will use his expertise to bring the company’s offerings to markets across Europe, the US and APAC, and will refine these in order to keep up pace with the rapidly changing market.

Award-winning digital marketing agency the tree has made a ‘declaration of intent’ for 2021, bringing on board creative director Stuart Button. He is expected to play a key role in executing the tree’s trademark social-first client strategies, which have helped brands such as easyJet, Anglo-American and Young’s Pubs to drive engagement and sales.

Merkle have had a month of new hires, including new leadership positions on their technology team. Samba TV announced the appointment of Jeremi Gorman to its board of directors to bolster its corporate governance. Gorman’s expertise leading next-generation media businesses will be a valuable asset for the company as it continues to expand and execute its global strategy.

Impact has made a number of new hires amid the continued expansion of its EMEA team, with a range of key executives promoted in response to the company’s continued growth and success. Alex Springer has been promoted to regional VP, EMEA sales & solutions architects and James Bennie to senior director. These positions will all focus on establishing and growing partnerships for a vast range of clients.

Brand Metrics has announced the expansion of its London team following enormous growth over the past 12 months. Its UK office now includes Dhruv Roy, integrations manager, who brings experience in publisher integrations and ad operations, across audio, video and TV.
