We’re thrilled to be announcing our first wave of judges for the 2021 Performance Marketing Awards. The team has been working hard to select a diverse and representative panel of experts, who will be able to use their industry experience to select the deserving winners.


This brilliant panel will be tasked with carefully scrutinising entries, using their knowledge to create a shortlist for each award category. They’ll be looking for innovation, creativity and uniqueness, entries that demonstrate the human touch, as well as outstanding results and ROI, in order to reward those within the sphere who stand above the rest.

Without further ado, here’s a little bit more about this year’s experts!

Christiana Kyriakides

Christiana has been working in digital marketing since the early 2000s, developing performance marketing programmes and delivering substantial growth for both large brands and start-ups. She is currently Head of Digital & eCommerce at Childs Farm & Farmologie, skincare brands for newborns through to adults.  

Emilie Mouquot

Emilie Mouquot is the Customer and Growth Director at notonthehighstreet. With over 13 years experience in managing multi-million pound budgets and a proven track record in achieving fast growth and high profitability, Emily will be a valuable member of the panel. Responsible for delivering the strategy for growth channels, Emily works to grow loyalty and customer retention. With her focus on delivering impressive customer experience, she drives sales and long term loyalty through her strategies, and has experience managing global scale marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments.

Leo Harrison

Leo has worked in digital for over twenty years, and in that time has successfully kicked off a number of businesses. In 2004 he plunged into the performance marketing sphere, launching his company Artemis8 (re-branded to Found in 2010) and took it from a one-man band into a multi award winning enterprise, taking its place among the first wave of ‘super affiliates’. In 2011, Leo decided to bring his passion for football into his professional life, and co-founded Squawka, the sport’s original data-led publisher, which attracts hundreds of millions of fans from all over the globe to its channel. He is now consulting for a variety of established digital businesses as well as start-ups.

Lewis Kimber

With over eight years experience in performance marketing across multiple UK brands, Lewis has been recently transforming the digital marketing capability at Nando’s. He has led the brand into key digital media channels such as SEO, PPC, display and social. He continues to deliver year on year growth whilst designing the future for digital marketing at Nando’s.

Maria Chatterton-White

Maria started her career in offline marketing, before quickly progressing into managing all areas of digital from SEM to social. With a performance marketing career of over 17 years now under her belt, Maria is now the Marketing Director at Viator, seeing her lead a team responsible for the global growth strategy across over 15 markets.

Recognized for her data driven approach and willingness to push the boundaries with innovative testing,  Maria has overseen multi-million dollar budgets, successfully launched new channels and incrementally grown mature campaigns.

Michelle Corp

As the Ecommerce Director at Lily’s Kitchen, the leading Premium Natural Pet Food brand in the UK, Michelle is responsible for the DTC proposition. She has over 20 years of integrated marketing experience and a track record of driving ecommerce performance through multi-channel strategies.

Richard Lane

Richard leads the UK market for the eBay Partner Network, ensuring efficiency and productivity across a plethora of partners and partner verticals in line with business initiatives and campaigns. Before eBay, he worked within the affiliate industry for about 12 years, as head of affiliate and lead gen for Mindshare UK, as well as head of partner development at CJ UK, and head of European partnerships at Agoda.

Sarah Bundy

In 2009, Sarah founded (and leads) All Inclusive Marketing (AIM), an award-winning affiliate marketing agency known for delivering innovative and experience-driven results. Sarah is no stranger to awards – now ranked in the Top 40 Under 40, she is an award-winning business and digital marketing thought leader, also being placed in lists such as the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Canada, Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in Canada, and Top 40 Digital Marketing Strategists of 2012 and 2020.

Scott Guthrie

Scott is a professional advisor on influencer marketing, sharing his expertise through his Influencer Marketing Lab podcast, speaking at conferences, lecturing at universities and acting as co-chair of the CIPR influencer marketing panel. He has also written chapters for five business books on the subject of progressive public relations and influencer marketing, as well as over 175 blog posts devoted to the influencer marketing sphere.

Sophie Kellet

Prior to her current role of Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Expedia Group, Sophie held roles across the board, within network, advertiser and publisher, including being the Affiliate & PCE Manager at John Lewis and Partners and Account Director at AWIN. Now a Senior Manager on the Partnership Enablement and Strategy Team, Sophie is focused on driving strategic initiatives that guide the direction of the Expedia Group Retail Partnerships Team.

Tony May

Tony has been working in the affiliate industry for almost eight years during which time he has held roles at Santander, Partnerize & TSB. He’s currently responsible for developing Finder’s presence across their banking and investment verticals in the UK. 

Ante Letica

Shortly after completing his master studies, Ante joined digidip in 2014 with the goal of taking it international. Having successfully launched digidip in Germany and France, he continued the company’s expansion to the US and other European markets successfully, for which digidip won multiple awards for being one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. Having worked with a great number of networks, agencies, advertisers, publishers and an endless number of campaigns, Ante has a significant amount of affiliate marketing knowledge from all angles on a global scale.

Kudzai Mubaiwa

Kudzai is armed with over 12 years of experience within digital, and is currently the Head of Paid Search at Spark Foundry UK, overseeing the PPC specialism across the agency and leading on the strategy and delivery as well as the development of the Paid Search offering. She also has experience working in SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing from her past roles, having spent seven years working in both the agency and client sides in Australia, across a number of verticals, including Travel, Retail, Luxury, Education and Finance, before moving to London six years ago.

Chris Mockford

With over 15 years Affiliate Marketing experience, Chris leads the Affiliate business at Student Beans, the world’s leading student loyalty network. Prior to joining Student Beans in 2020, Chris held senior management positions across network, agency and merchant sides in both the UK and APAC.
