Without further do, here are just a handful of speakers who will be taking the virtual stage:

Jess Probus, executive director, BuzzFeed.com

Jessica Probus is the executive director of BuzzFeed.com, and currently oversees the content and strategy for the flagship property–including the large affiliate marketing team. She has worked at BuzzFeed for many years in many different roles, mostly focused on lifestyle brands, site content and commerce. Before BuzzFeed, she worked in interior design, PR, and a few other fields that have no obvious relation to media but have come in handy working at such a multi-faceted ever-changing industry.

Alex Wright, digital programmatic lead, Channel 4

Alex Wright has worked in the media industry for over 16 years. She has worked at the likes of News Corp, TI Media, Blink TV, Live Nation, VEVO and Unruly. Currently, Alex Wright is the Digital Programmatic Lead at Channel 4.

Cassie Stevens, global commerce lead, Publicis Commerce

Cassie is a global commerce Lead at Publicis Commerce and has 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, working with global clients to drive growth. After 8 years agency side specialising in digital media and marketing technology, Cassie went to lead the digital marketing team at John Lewis for 2 years. She has since returned to the agency world to build Commerce @ Zenith and now partners with global FMCG brands at Publicis Media to define their ecommerce strategies and to accelerate digital trade marketing.

Tom Wallis, chief marketing officer, Gousto

Tom leads all marketing functions in the business including the brand team and the acquisition & retention team. He also oversees the customer care function. Having started his career at Accenture, Tom moved over to Sky where he worked for nearly 8 years, including 3 years growing NOW TV from its outset. He joined Gousto in 2016 and has overseen more than a 10x increase in company revenue during this time.

Carolina Paradas, global affiliate & CLO marketing manager, Harvey Nichols

Carolina is a senior digital marketing professional who has a history of working in the fashion retail industry globally. Having started her career on network side at Awin Global her expertise lies in working with affiliates, managing global campaigns, Cardlinking preposition and influencer partnerships. Carolina has been in the affiliate industry for 6+ years and is currently undertaking a global expansion at Harvey Nichols.

Michelle Corpe, e-commerce Director, Lily’s Kitchen

Michelle is head of e-commerce at Lily’s Kitchen, the leading premium natural pet food brand in the UK.  Responsible for the D2C proposition at Lily’s Kitchen, Michelle is an experienced integrated marketing professional who has spent the last 20 years working in digital.  She has a track record of driving e-commerce performance through multi-channel strategies having previously worked at Hotel Chocolat where she delivered 5 years of significant growth.

Calum Watson, global partnerships director, Gymshark

As Gymshark’s Global Partnerships Director, Calum is responsible for all things Influencer Marketing, PR and Sponsorship related. He’s spent the last 7 years of his career within the Influencer marketing space.

Chikay Lo, global markets growth & partnerships lead, Cult Beauty

Chikay is a multi-award-winning marketer with over eight years of experience working within the luxury and beauty e-commerce space. She has been with Cult Beauty for over 5 and a half years where she has built a team which now looks over the Global Markets Growth, Influencer, Affiliate and Partnerships strategy for the business. Rachelle Watson-Hill, growth director, Wavemaker

Rachelle is a creative business growth professional with 12 years of experience in digital advertising, tech, and performance marketing. Winning global pitches for renowned brands and driving commercial growth for businesses in various sectors. A true champion of diversity who inspires the next generation through mentoring in the industry, Rachelle has an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset for both the workplace and personal growth. Becoming an ICF-trained Coach and establishing her coaching business WYLD Coaching. Rachelle works to motivate, empower and inspire women to thrive within the workplace, become the next generation of leaders and live life on their terms.

Lindsay Newell, marketing and partnerships lead, Bloom & Wild

Having been with Bloom & Wild for over 4 years, Lindsay has seen the brand grow from a small team of 30 to a multi-award winning, international brand. Lindsay leads partnerships, affiliates, referral and offline for the UK, while also developing strategies to grow in Bloom & Wild’s newer markets. With 10 years of experience in DTC, she has worked in a range of e-commerce companies. Her favourite flower is the craspedia and her arranging skills are still questionable.

Jacqueline Wladis, senior manager, commerce partnerships, Condé Nast

Jacqueline Wladis is responsible for all affiliate commerce merchant and network partnerships for Condé Nast in her current role as Senior Commerce Partnerships Manager. For the past three years she’s worked with a stellar commerce team on rapidly growing affiliate revenue for all of Condé Nast’s esteemed magazines which include Allure, Ars Technica, Architectural Digest, Bon Appetit, Condé Nast Traveler, Epicurious, Glamour, GQ, Pitchfork, Self, Teen Vogue, Vogue, and Wired. Previously she led affiliate strategy and advertising for a small fashion/tech startup. Jacqueline graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Art History.
