Performance marketing agency Merkle has appointed Niyi Duro-Emanuel to the newly created role of vice president, solutions across Merkle UK. In this new role, Niyi will work across Merkle’s UK client base to help them leverage their advertising tech, marketing tech and data capabilities.

Hootsuite has confirmed Tom Keiser, former COO of Zendesk, will become the company’s new CEO. Keiser brings more than 30 years of global technology and business transformation experience from both retail and technology sectors to his new role. Ryan Holmes, founder and CEO, will pass the torch to Keiser on July 6, 2020, and remain Chairman of the company’s board.
