Following the recent announcement of its company rebrand, Rakuten Advertising has unveiled a newly created role within the business. Stuart McLennan has been appointed the position of senior vice president of APAC, responsible for leading the company in the Asia-Pacific region including Australia and New Zealand. The role is part of the international leadership team, reporting into managing director of international, Anthony Capano.
Meanwhile, Adform announced its new CEO, Troels Philip Jensen, who joins from his previous role as COO for Swedish based software giant Itiviti. Jensen replaces Adform’s co-founder and CEO Gustav Melletin, who will remain in an active role focused on continuing to shape the company’s strategic work. Troels Jensen, in his role as CEO, will lead Adform’s employees across 29 offices in 26 countries.
Independent digital experience agency, Rufus Leonard, has hired Kate Taylor as managing partner. Kate, formally client services director at Zone, will report to Ale Cabra, board client services director.
Global digital marketing agency Croud has recruited Richard Holmes, former CFO and Group CEO at sofa.com, to the role of chief financial officer. This is a new senior role for the business following Croud’s £30m investment deal with LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, in November 2019.
