We caught up with CEO and co-founder of Increasingly, Sri Sharma on the Performance Marketing Awards and winning the award for Best Use of Machine Learning/AI.

Why is the Performance Marketing Awards such an important event in the industry calendar year?

Sri Sharma: It's one of the few times to get together with work buddies and truly celebrate what's great in what we do. It's unmissable. 

From your experiences, what qualities make an award-winning campaign?

SS: Showing the details of what was done, how it was different and some impressive results! 

Tell us about winning Best Use of Machine Learning/AI award?

SS: This was simply incredible for us. We launched two years before and we went for only one award, the award that we wanted to win - Best Use of AI - our speciality!

What challenges did you face in your campaign and how did you overcome them?

SS: It's always the complexity of taking an idea and making it work. There's lots of collaboration, ideating and testing. I love it when it comes together.

Has anything changed for your company since winning the award? 

SS: We've won even more clients. We won a number of awards in 2019 but this one specifically called out our AI work as way above the pack! It helps customers feel that we are doing something different and adding massive value!
