Amidst record-breaking growth for digital marketing agency Bring Digital, the company has appointed Justin Young as their new managing director. Formerly chief digital officer at Comfy Quilts Limited, Young steps into the role to drive the business forward through its next phase of expansion.

Elsewhere, Smarter Click has appointed David Ayre as managing director, moving up from his previous position as global development business director. Working alongside founders Ennis Al-Saiegh, Joe Gilmore and Henry Boyson, Ayre has been instrumental in ensuring the success of Smarter Click across multiple markets, including its recent expansion into APAC and Latin America with new offices in Hong Kong and South America respectively.

More moves for managing directors as DoubleVerify has recruited Tanzil Bukhari as managing director, EMEA. Bukhari will be in charged with leading DV’s expansion efforts across Europe with an added focus on Russia and the Nordics while strengthening the company’s business relationships with brands, agencies and media platforms. 

Meanwhile, Inflecto Media has announced the appointment of Darren Elliott as commercial director in addition to Tanya Alden, who joins as the global client strategy director to oversee the client strategy teams across the UK and US.

DC Thomson Media has introduced the role of chief revenue officer to the business in order to focus on commercial activities that generate revenue across the newspaper and magazine teams. Andy Williams will take on this role and will move from the Fleet Street office in London to the company headquarters in Dundee.

Customer experience agency Rightpoint has announced the hiring of Bryan Van Dyke as the company’s new EVP of delivery. Van Dyke will step into the role to lead the delivery organisation at Rightpoint and will strategise the implementation of process improvements throughout the company. 

Clement Labbe, who was previously UK operations director at Tradedoubler has now joined AFILIZA as UK managing director. AFILIZA through cashback with Widilo and discount premium media connect leading e-commerce brands with savvy online shoppers. 

CRM platform Salesforce has announced that Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia will join the company in October as CEO, Salesforce UK and Ireland (UKI) to lead the company’s business through its next stage of growth.

Integral Ad Science has recruited Kevin McCurry as chief strategy officer. In his new role, McCurry will report directly to the CEO, Lisa Utzschneider, and will lead the organisation in identifying and evaluating large-scale strategic opportunities for the company with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Chance Johnson has been appointed as the firm’s chief revenue officer having recently served as the senior VP of sales for Amobee.

Jungle Creations has appointed Harley Johnson as head of new business from viral rival LadBible. Johnson comes to the London HQ to replace Will Hamnett, who left to operate Jungle’s commercial strategy in the US and attract some of the world’s largest brands.

Meanwhile, Monetate has added Jonathan Bartlett to the leadership team as chief product officer. Bartlett will be responsible for enhancing Monetate’s existing platform with ground-breaking new capabilities and bring new products to market to deliver exceptional value to customers. 

Lisa Mogensen has been appointed as 4C’s chief financial officer. Mogensen will oversee the company’s financial planning and reporting, legal, accounting, tax, and treasury functions. 

Brent Dobsch has been named CFO and chief operations officer at Kinetiq after 4C acquired a stake and jointly created the new company, combining iQ Media and Teletrax.

Advertising platform Cavai has announced that Ed Preedy, Fabian Bjørne-Larsen, Dan Jones, George Seed and Julia Smith have all joined the global team. With these strategic hires, Cavai will be offering its fully programmatically enabled creative technology in the UK and expand its current footprint across Nordics and Europe.

Customer service technology company, Dixa, has appointed Joseph Smith to the newly created role of chief revenue officer as it builds momentum in key European markets. 

Merkle has appointed three executives to its promotions and loyalty solutions team. Based in Chicago and New York, recognised industry leaders Rami El-Zeini, Patricia Kinkead, and Kris Persons will each serve as VP, client leader, further strengthening the HelloWorld Client Services Group.

Adjust has recruited mobile marketing expert Moshi Blum as general manager, Israel. In his role, Blum will be responsible for accelerating growth in the market and building out the team in Tel Aviv. 

Lastly, Stefan Bardega has resumed the role of chief executive of iProspect UK following the departure of Jack Swayne. Bardega returns to the position following his promoted role of EMEA president in January. With the departure of Swayne, Bargega will now add to his EMEA responsibilities with the expanded remit taking effect from September.
