Wavemaker UK announced a trio of senior hires, with Robert Jane joining as chief talent officer, Chetan Murthy appointed as head of journey design and Nicky Bradley as marketing director. 

Monetate has appointed CMO Lisa Kalscheur to lead the company’s next phase of growth as the company is quickly growing. Kalscheur brings her experience in leading brands to achieve market leadership.

Skimlinks welcomed John Whittington as chief financial and operational officer to the executive team. Prior to his new role, Whittington led finance and operations at Dynmark International (Comapi).

Meanwhile, AUDIENCEX made several executive-level hires and two c-suite appointments in June to support the rapid business growth, which includes doubling its business in under 12 months. Andy Vogel joined as chief commercial officer and Ryan Carhart as chief financial officer.

Senior appointments were also made over at Mindshare UK, which took on Kristiina Railo as the head of new business and marketing, and Lara Ponniah as partner for Grow@Mindshare. Railo joined from GroupM Finland where she was digital growth director, while Ponniah was head of client growth and innovation at Publicis Media Content. 

Nick Law, named chief creative officer of Publicis Groupe and president of Publicis communications less than 18 months ago, is leaving the company to fill a newly created position at Apple: vice president of marcom integration.

Scott Samios is now chief revenue officer at Partnerize having been GM North America at UNiDays for three years. In his new role, he will help establish and grow the partner automation category with Partnerize at its center.

Adthena, AI-powered search intelligence company, announced the addition of three new senior executives to its team: Jennifer Cantu as VP of people; Sundeep Goel as VP sales, North America, and Vasanth John as VP of engineering as it expands its global leadership team.

AI as service technology business, Scibids, launched in the UK market with Matt Nash as UK MD. The French company has developed a unique AI-based intelligence layer, which acts as a virtual trader on top of demand-side platforms (DSPs). Prior to the role, Nash was VP Europe at The Exchange Lab.

Video ad platform SpotX recruited Dr. Neal Richter as its first chief scientist who will invest in SpotX data science and machine learning efforts as well as the greater RTL Group’s work in artificial intelligence.

Copper, a Google Cloud-recommended CRM for G Suite, announced industry veteran Dennis Fois as its new chief executive officer, having come from NewVoiceMedia. His experience in international markets will help as Copper continues to expand globally and reimagine a new industry standard for CRM.

S4’s Capital’s MightHive called on Jayne Babine to lead its newly created partnership development team as VP. 

Ex-Google executive Chris Woods has joined Pixability as chief revenue officer. Woods will lead growing global sales team as the company sees increased use of its software and analytics services for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. 

Former Dare CEO Michael Olaye has moved to Scandinavian-based network The North Alliance as chief growth officer. Olaye will be building a stronger footprint for the network internationally by leading the network’s global growth initiatives. 

In Tim Stone’s new role as global head of revenue marketing at global B2C marketing automation company, Selligent Marketing Cloud, he will be focusing on delivering high revenue growth.

Global agency VaynerMedia London has hired Sarah Baumann as MD, where she will oversee client relations and business operations for the agency. 

Sheffield-based marketing company Jaywing, appointed Helen Curtis as director of client services and Pete Camponi as creative director of copy, who both bring a wealth of experience to the team. 

It was a great month for Rachel Williamson as she was promoted to president at Gamut. Gamut also hired Jason Baadsgaard as senior vice president of sales and marketing, and Dennis Cook as VP of marketing. The new leadership roles come as Gamut and its OTT offering continue to grow in the marketplace.

Software platform Telaria hired Bill Swanson as VP, EMEA to lead the company’s growth in the region. Carole Dubourg also joined the company as country manager for France. 

Lastly, Tag has recruited Alex Abrams as head of business development for EMEA. Abrams joins the business as part of a dedicated and refocused leadership team following the relaunch of its marketing services brand in April.
