In a bid to foster grassroots growth and support the next generation of entrepreneurs, Tradedoubler has relaunched its UK Incubator Scheme – an e-commerce performance marketing incubator providing in-house mentoring and office space for successful applicants in central London. The scheme is designed to help drive innovation in digital marketing space and supporting future e-commerce entrepreneurs and emerging start-up companies.

The Incubator Scheme is open to start-ups with a solid business and marketing plan that demonstrates potential growth and understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Individuals are able to apply for the Incubator Scheme by submitting an application and business plan via Tradedoubler’s website.

Panel of experts

Successful applicants will be invited to present their business plan to a panel of industry experts who will judge the submissions and choose which applicants gain entry to the scheme.

This year’s panel features a range of technology and marketing experts who’ve contributed to the digital marketing scene over the last decade. These include:

  • Ennis Al-Saiegh – co-founder & CEO, SmarterClick
  • Simon Bird – co-founder, RevLifter
  • Sri Sharma – co-founder & CEO, Increasingly
  • Matthew Wood – managing director, PerformanceIN
  • Chris Russell-Smith – UK managing director, Tradedoubler
  • Clement Labbe – UK operations director, Tradedoubler
  • Rebecca Rowe – head of client services, Tradedoubler
  • Amy Lucas – head of partnerships & business development, Tradedoubler

Matthew Wood, director of PerformanceIN and one of the panel judges said that the performance marketing industry enjoys embracing exciting technology startups that “disrupt the status-quo”.

“The Tradedoubler Incubator Scheme provides an unrivalled platform for startups with on tap guidance, support and central London desk space! I look forward to judging the applicants and monitoring their success and growth,” he said.

“Through the incubator, we’ve discovered innovative new affiliates, start-ups and publishers and have worked collaboratively with them to help maximize commercial opportunities in the early stages of their development. The insight we can share from some of the world’s most successful and respected brands is priceless for any new business and we’re looking forward to welcoming the next generation of talented web entrepreneurs,” commented Chris Russell-Smith, UK managing director at Tradedoubler.

Successful applicants will take advantage of one year’s rent-free office space at Tradedoubler’s headquarters in Moorgate and mentoring from affiliate marketing and technology experts.
