With ample global expansion happening across the performance marketing world, there were plenty of movers and shakers during April.

As RevLifter continues its rapid growth, Jim Harriman joins from CJ Affiliate as general manager for North America. Harriman will be responsible for driving business growth in the North America region, continuing to lead the successful implementation of AI-powered personalisation solutions for US-based retailers.

Pepperjam’s continued momentum sees Seth Goroff as vice president of growth for the affiliate marketing technology and services company. Goroff will help to drive the continued adoption of Pepperjam’s Ascend™ Platform, helping clients maximise the contribution from the channel.

Wavemaker welcomed Adam Puchalsky as global head of Wavemaker content, having previously been managing director of UM Studios. Wavemaker Content is one of Wavemaker’s fastest growing business units and Puchalsky will be responsible for continuing to build the agency’s capabilities in content creation and distribution, designing new models and driving a deeper connection between content and consumer’s purchase journey.

GroupM’s media company Xaxis strengthens EMEA sales team with the appointment of Filippo Vizzotto as EMEA sales director. Joining from Shazam,  Vizzotto has over 14 years of experience and will be responsible for amplifying Xaxis’ relationships with clients and agencies across EMEA.

Continuing expansion plans in EMEA, Acceleration Partners has hired Stephanie Swan as EMEA operations director as a result of exceptional growth for the company.

Craig Murphy is the latest addition to Visualsoft’s PPC team. Joining as head of PPC strategy, he will be tasked with ensuring that its paid search offering remains at the forefront of the industry and adapts as and when needed.

Emir Teffaha was confirmed as Sublime’s UK managing director and his new team with Eddie Boyle as commercial director and Lucy Zakrzewska as head of publishers. The team will support UK operations following Sublime’s rapid growth to meet the growing demand for high impact ads.

Media consultancy MightyHive appointed Alexandre Hénault as market lead, Quebec, to oversee MightyHive’s operations in the French-speaking market.

Over at ESI Media Andy Morley was appointed to the role of chief digital revenue officer, where his remit includes continuing to build international revenues for ESI Media, across The Independent and Evening Standard digital portfolio. He joins from adtech company Amobee, where he was vice president of sales in EMEA.

Appetite Creative continues global expansion and announced Terence Roane has joined the team as commercial director with a remit to further expand their reach of clients.

Meanwhile, American tech company Integral Ad Science named Tony Marlow as chief marketing officer. In his new role, Marlow will spearhead market growth initiatives and drive both marketing and communication strategy globally.

In-game advertising platform Anzu.io appointed new CEO, Itamar Benedy, where he will shape, manage and execute an overall corporate strategy, translating the product’s innovative features into a revenue-generating business.

Another c-level hire took place at Selligent Marketing Cloud, as Niki Hall joined as chief marketing officer, leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy. Hall will oversee the global team and work closely with regional sales leaders.

Paige Bilins joins video management platform Telaria as chief product officer. She will head the company’s global product team to develop market-leading yield and inventory management solutions for premium video across all screens.

Predictive marketing platform Programmai appointed Joost van Heesbeen as head of product in its London office to lead the expansion of their product and services. Joost will be responsible for connecting clients with the product in new and exciting ways.

Marketing technology company New Engen, saw Ryan Turner join as vice president of marketing, where he will oversee all marketing and communications programs. 

In the influencer marketing world, Instagram influencer marketing service Takumi announced two new senior hires. Adam Williams was named chief executive officer, having been chief revenue officer since January 2018, and Cécile Douillard takes his place and named the new chief revenue officer, having previously held the role of managing director art Quantum Advertising leading UK and international expansion.
