GroupM’s media company Xaxis strengthens EMEA sales team with the appointment of Filippo Vizzotto as EMEA sales director. Joining from Shazam,  Vizzotto has over 14 years of experience and will be responsible for amplifying Xaxis’ relationships with clients and agencies across EMEA.

Continuing expansion plans in EMEA, Acceleration Partners has hired Stephanie Swan as EMEA operations director as a result of exceptional growth for the company.

He joins from adtech company Amobee, where he was vice president of sales in EMEA.

Appetite Creative continues global expansion and announced Terence Roane has joined the team as commercial director with a remit to further expand their reach of clients.

Meanwhile, American tech company Integral Ad Science named Tony Marlow as chief marketing officer. In his new role, Marlow will spearhead market growth initiatives and drive both marketing and communication strategy globally.

In-game advertising platform Anzu.io appointed new CEO, Itamar Benedy, where he will shape, manage and execute an overall corporate strategy, translating the product’s innovative features into a revenue-generating business.

In the influencer marketing world, Instagram influencer marketing service Takumi announced two new senior hires. Adam Williams was named chief executive officer, having been chief revenue officer since January 2018, and Cécile Douillard takes his place and named the new chief revenue officer, having previously held the role of managing director art Quantum Advertising leading UK and international expansion.
