In this week’s PI LIVE update, the PerformanceIN team brings you the latest happenings from our busy HQ.

This year, the new and improved Influencer Marketing Show (IMS), which can be found on the second floor of London’s Old Billingsgate, will bring together the industry’s best experts to talk about the hottest topics in the influencer marketing space. We’re super excited to announce the first panels that have been confirmed this week.

The PI LIVE and Influencer Marketing Show are set to be winners and we’re all busy working away to ensure that they are bigger and better this time round.

Get your name on the Guest List

Our sponsors appreciate that not all business owners have the budget allocated to attend events, which is why the Guest List presents the ideal opportunity for those itching to attend but don’t have the budget.

If you’re a brand (advertiser), agency or media owner (affiliate, publisher, influencer) then you can apply and be in with a chance of receiving a complimentary two-day pass to the show. What’s not to love?

The Guest List is open to brands, agencies, and media owners, with a maximum of two complimentary passes per company. What’s more, the Guest List provides a non-transferable Basic Ticket, which can be upgraded on request for a small fee.

If you tick all these boxes and don’t want to miss out on the PI LIVE action, sign up here.

IMS panel sessions revealed

This year, the IMS returns with more events, speakers and panellist up its sleeve than ever before, thanks to last year’s successful debut. The line-up is looking exciting so far, and with topic ideas brewing, we can reveal the first confirmed panel discussions that’ll be making an appearance this autumn.

Transparency, authenticity and compliance

We can’t wait for the first confirmed panel, which is bound to draw in the crowds. The Advertising Standards Authority and digital marketing trainer, speaker and consultant Aiden Carroll will be taking to the stage to discuss transparency, authenticity and compliance, along with moderator Scott Guthrie – strategic advisor and lead analyst who knows all there is about driving business in the social age.

Another juicy brand will be joining them on stage – keep your eyes peeled for more information coming soon.

With years of experience under their belts, attendees will come away with more useful takeaway knowledge than when they first went in, that’s for sure!

Buy in: persuading your colleagues to invest in influencer marketing

The second confirmed panel will see Ana Thorsdottir, associate director at MediaCom, one of the world’s leading media agencies joining Tom Cornish, influencer marketing director at Wavemaker – the second largest media agency in the world. The discussion will be moderated by industry expert Dudley Nevill-Spencer – a specialist in developing integrated strategy for global brands with particular focus on influencer marketing and social media.

Another representative from a big brand will be sitting alongside the panellists – we’re not giving it all away just yet.

They’ll be sharing their first-hand knowledge on why you should invest in influencer marketing – they’ve all been there and done it so their expertise is not to be missed.

These panel discussions are going to go down a treat – make sure you don’t miss out.

Agenda imminent!

Last week we mentioned about the agenda and teased some of the key sessions. We’re very close to completing the full programme and set to make an official announcement within the next couple of days – so stay tuned!
