International performance marketing company Impact has announced the appointments of Sam Crocker, Nina Nguyen and Paresh Parmar as the firm continues to bolster its EMEA team.
As part of the expansion, Crocker joins the team as business development manager while Paresh and Nguyen take the roles of sales engineer and marketing associate respectively.
Prior to joining Impact, Crocker was a director for strategic accounts at Genesis Media and business development lead at Oz Content. Under his new role, he will be bridging the gap between sales leadership and front-line business development.
Paresh previously worked as sales engineer for TUNE and as head of technical solutions at Panopto. He will be responsible for developing and delivering product demonstrations for professional, enterprise and national clients.
Lastly, Nguyen will take the position of marketing associate, aligning Impact’s business needs with all marketing activity across the market.
The recruitment of Crocker, Parmar and Nguyen to the Impact EMEA team comes off the back of exceptional growth in 2018, following the relaunch of the business from Impact Radius to Impact in May.
In addition, the growth highlights Impact’s increased presence in the affiliate and digital marketing arena throughout EMEA, alongside the recent appointment of Florian Gramshammer as managing director, EMEA.
“We are delighted to welcome Sam, Nina and Paresh to the ever-expanding Impact team,” said Gramshammer; “The Impact UK office has seen significant growth over the last two years, especially since the acquisition of Forensiq in 2016 and the recent rebrand to Impact.
“We see the increase in recruiting key team members, who bring extensive skills, as a great opportunity to increase our client base and to effectively manage existing partners through our suite of marketing platforms and tools.”
