International performance marketing company Impact has today announced Florian Gramshammer as new managing director for EMEA.
Gramshammer is an experienced and established figure within the performance marketing industry, joining Impact from a three-year post as MD for IgnitionOne – a cloud-based digital marketing solution platform – while his CV spans previous roles at Emailvision, Planet Retail and Gartner.
Prior to IgnitionOne, Gramshammer most notably served as UK & Spanish country manager for CJ Affiliate by Conversant, joining the network in 2007 as sales manager before quickly moving up through the ranks to be promoted to the c-level in January 2011.
Backed by 17 years of marketing and ad tech leadership, Gramshammer will be tasked now with the development and execution of Impact’s European growth plan following the group’s recent rebrand.
“Impact has more than doubled its volume year-over-year, expanded our team in the UK, and made major moves in bolstering our suite of products, including the native integration of two acquisitions – Forensiq and ClearSaleing,” said David Yovanno, CEO, Impact.
“Florian has unique domain expertise in performance partnerships, as well as both martech and ad tech. He has an exemplary and proven track record in leadership across both sales and client service teams in EMEA.”
A unified platform
Just a few months ago, the California-headquartered Impact rebranded from its former title Impact Radius in a bid to reflect the consolidation of its three core solutions; Forensiq, Altitude and Radius, as “one unified platform” and to meet its clients’ demands of “simplicity, transparency, performance and confidence”.
At the time, Impact said a key aspect of the rebrand was Impact becoming “the first native integration of leading solutions to stop ad fraud”, with Forensiq - a fraud detection solution acquired in 2016 – able to identify and cleanse fraud before measurement.
On joining Impact and the company’s European expansion plans, Gramshammer said; “Impact has recently announced a full re-brand of the business and product suites, and it is an incredibly exciting time to be joining a business that is accelerating growth on a strong platform.
“I am excited to join the EMEA team and spearhead the growth plans across UK and EMEA.”
