Impact Radius, a specialist in performance marketing, tracking and ad fraud prevention, has today (January 16) announced the appointment of martech veteran Scott Brazina to the role of chief marketing officer (CMO).
A first-time hire for the company, the CMO will be based in the company’s New York office tasked with overseeing marketing strategy, demand generation, communications and PR in a bid to accelerate the company’s global brand growth in 2018.
CEO, David Yovanno, said the hire came “at a critical inflection point as Impact Radius scales and sharpens its global go-to-market strategy”.
Prior to joining Impact Radius, Brazina was VP of martech & media for Dyn, an Internet Performance Management company acquired by Oracle in 2016; he also served as CMO for ad tech and programmatic specialist DataXu.
‘Strong position’
“Impact Radius has shown extremely impressive results; I am excited to join to help accelerate and grow the company to the next level,” commented Brazina on the new position; “Impact Radius’ marquee customers, expanding solution portfolio, and growth puts the company in a strong position to truly transform business.”
Alongside Brazina, Impact Radius has also appointed Adam Furness as managing director for Asia Pacific – a region forecasted to lead globally in ad spend within the next year – based in the group’s Sydney office.
An ad tech investor and “seasoned executive”, Furness comes from the same role at ad tech company RhythmOne where he has been stationed since 2014.
Impact Radius is headline sponsor for the Performance Marketing Awards 2018, an annual ceremony dedicated to rewards innovation, best practice and advancements in measurable marketing.
