#PILIVE17: Decision Tech Vows to Save “1M Hours in Five Years” with New SaaS

Performance marketing and data group Decision Tech has launched Fullsight - a SaaS (Software as a Service) product, allowing publishers to report, optimise and manage their sites “as if users were converting directly with them”.

With the SaaS  having been in testing with the group’s own price comparison site Broadbandchoices, at PI LIVE today Decision Tech set itself the five-year target of “giving back 1,000,000 hours of time” that it claims is wasted on reporting to affiliate publishers.

According to the announcement, Fullsight has been subject to a year of “intensive development” with Broadband Choices’ commercial model based entirely on affiliate sales tracked by multiple affiliate networks.

Within that time, the groups claim an estimated 900+ man-hours have been saved from reporting, while SEO conversions have increased 17% and paid search is now being managed automatically.

Fullsight works with “most major affiliate networks”, taking sales data from multiple accounts, stitching this back to each individual user, and passing this data back into publishers’ analytics platform – giving publishers all of their data in one place.

That allows affiliates an instant view into which posts, deals and content are driving revenue down to individual user level, instead of just the basis of what sales have been made and to what value.

“We know that there are a huge number of other businesses in the affiliate space that are facing similar challenges and are looking forward to introducing them to Fullsight,” said Dominic Baliszewski, head of new ventures at Decision Tech.

The challenge with reporting affiliate sales back to site, and back to traffic source, is not unique to Broadband Choices. By launching Fullsight to the market, Decision Tech hopes to bring similar transformational benefits to other business in the space.
