Mobile monetisation company Mozoo has acquired AI-powered in-app mediation tech AdinCube in a deal worth $20 million.

The acquisition will enable Mozoo to enhance its offering on a global scale with revenue optimisation technology driven by artificial intelligence.

The company’s founder and CEO, Jules Minvielle, said he was “very pleased” to work with AdinCube’s co-founders, Etienne Rugeri and Jonathan Ferrebeuf.

“AdinCube’s technology fused with our expertise and seven years’ experience in mobile audience monetisation will provide publishers with the best technology in the world to optimise their mobile ad revenue,” he commented.

The deal will see AdinCube’s in-app solutions merge with Mozoo’s campaigns in a mobile revenue optimisation solution. The product will be developed using Mozoo technical resource and supported by mobile monetisation teams across “four time zones”.

Ferrebeuf is confident the “strong connections” the monetisation company has with premium demand partners will bring value to app publishers.

“Its international presence is key to increasing the product’s visibility on the market,” he added.

Following the acquisition, Mozoo’s key goal is to rapidly scale the product and offer it to publishers globally.

Mozoo’s marketing and innovation director, Max Pepe, will be speaking about mobile video at PerformanceIN Live in October – read more about the session here.
