Following the latest industry roundtable in London, exploring the single customer view, PerformanceIN is delighted to present its second supplement of the year.

We teamed up with Rakuten Attribution to bring together specialists from leading agencies, affiliate networks and brands to discuss the benefits and challenges that face those seeking the single customer view.

Representatives from companies such as Quidco, Net Media Planet and MediaCom took part in a thought-provoking discussion on technology and marketing within their sector, and the resulting supplement is now available to download for free.

Asking the experts

The resource consists of three in-depth features written by the PerformanceIN editorial team, looking into subjects such as delegation, the bridge between online and offline and consumer expectations.

The supplement will also feature two Q&As, exploring the dangers of obtaining the single customer view and asking the experts what the future holds for marketing’s hottest topic.

“The roundtable session proved that a single customer view for advertisers was still very much an important strategic objective,” said Nicola White, a roundtable participant and head of affiliates at MediaCom.

“It also gave me renewed impetus and enthusiasm to start conversations with some of our agency clients about the topic,” White added.

The single customer view supplement is now available to download exclusively at Performancein.com.
