As the deadline for entries at the Performance Marketing Awards 2015 creeps ever closer, we’ll be talking you through the individual award categories between now and the closing date on January 30.

Best Use of Customer Insight

A new category for 2015, this award is for the best use of a customer relationship management system.

Open to all demographics who use a CRM system to create optimised campaigns, judges will be on the lookout for a campaign that has resulted in successful interaction with a customer base, during the period of January 1 2014 to January 30 2015.

In order to impress this year’s judges and be in with a chance to win this inaugural award, the entry must showcase the use of a CRM system to effectively establish or create customer insights and use this information to increase ROI.
