Three new hires have been announced at iProspect UK to help bolster the company’s growing bought media team.
One of the appointments sees former MindShare and Netbooster man Martin Vinter become head of bought media at the performance agency. Also joining the company are Alistair Dent, who takes the reins as head of product, and Richard Lamb, who joins as vice president of search.
Dent will form part of a 200-strong bought media team headed up by Vinter, while Lamb will be focusing on the development of iProspect’s search business within a newly created role.
Recent advancements in technology means the idea of ‘buying’ visitors, reach or conversions spans across the affiliate, display and paid search channels along with video, lead generation and paid social.

It has been a busy end to the year for iProspect as its owner, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced the buyout of search and content marketing agency Covario. Most of the company’s assets were expected to be absorbed by iProspect in the near future, but Covario’s SEO business had been tipped to remain independent.
The move also saw Michael Gullaksen and Jeff Johnson, co-CEOs of Covario, appointed into executive roles at iProspect.
Now, they are to be joined by Dent, Vinter and Lamb as the company looks to push forward with a model that puts performance and measurement at the heart of digital campaigns.
Matt Adams, chief media officer at iProspect, backed the trio help iProspect deliver excellence around the world. Adams will act as a senior to the three new hires as they begin their tenure.
“As we continue to build iProspect into the digital media agency of the future, our appointment of Martin, Alistair and Richard to these important roles will help us to deliver outstanding digital performance for our growing list of national and global clients,” he added.
