Content marketing, social media and PR company, TopLine Communications, has launched a new lead gen arm of the business.
The 2008-founded firm, which is based in London, tested the lead gen water last year by experimenting with three clients.
CEO of TopLine Communications, Heather Baker, said: “While we have always offered sales-focused PR and social media campaigns that help clients grow by managing their reputations, building awareness of their brands and engaging their prospects, we started focusing specifically on lead generation over a year ago with a few clients and our own brand. This has been highly successful and we now felt ready for a hard launch.”
She said the lead gen campaigns the company has worked on have all generated positive ROI.
“I can use our own brand as an example,” Baker said.
“Through a focus on integrated marketing, including SEO, great content, PR, social media and video, we have increased leads generated by over 300% in the last year.”
As a part of its international expansion plans, TopLine has also appointed two on-the-ground employees – one in the US and one in Australia.
Baker said the move comes in response to growing demand from clients for a single agency that services clients internationally.
“We have been servicing some clients in the US for over a year so it made sense to have someone formally on the ground there,” Baker added.
“When you work with cloud technology companies, there are no international borders in terms of where they can do business, which means they need marketing support in more than one geography.
“We really believe the future of our industry lies in being able to service global clients efficiently. Many tech companies that are successful in the UK and the US look to Australia next, which drove our decision to operate there as well.”
TopLine also hopes to launch in other markets later this year.
