In the media and analytics team, Profero Performance, we launched a proprietary attribution solution called Profero True.Impact and a dashboard solution called Profero Signal.

What are your main job responsibilities?
Primarily it’s about creating an environment in which intelligent, talented and (mostly) young people can thrive. In practice there’s a lot of commercial management, building senior client relationships and supplier partnerships, setting the direction for product development, pitching for new business and continually reinforcing our unique positioning as the ‘Find, Inspire, Connect’ agency.
Take us through what you get up to on a typical working Monday:
Wake up, shed the weekend cobwebs with coffee on the train into London maybe followed by another coffee from Leyas, the excellent coffee shop by Mornington Crescent tube station. Then work. We start the working week with a short management meeting followed by catch-ups with the senior management.

What are your top three tips for someone looking to get their hands on a job like yours?
- Work your ass off and always strive to deliver what you say you will.
- Never give your time away for free as precedent is a terrible thing.
- Never stop trying to improve yourself. You can never keep up with everything but there will be more intelligent, dedicated people around you who know more than you do.
