PARIS, FRANCE, October 7 2013 – JeuxVideo.com, the French videogame website and magazine, has chosen MobPartner’s AppWall mobile advertising solution to drive mobile revenues inside its iOS and Android apps. MobPartner, the global performance-based mobile advertising network, will deliver targeted in-app adverts to JeuxVideo.com’s two million daily unique visitors via its AppWall solution.

MobPartner’s AppWall technology enables app publishers to further monetise their mobile traffic through mobile advertising. It requires minimal integration with no resubmission required – the publisher simply adds in the AppWall HTML code and the solution is ready to go. App users are presented with a selection of premium apps which they can then download. All advertising is undertaken by MobPartner on a performance-only basis, meaning that payment is only made once an app is installed. This performance-based approach generates very attractive eCPM (effective Cost Per Mille) rates for publishers that are highly competitive with other mobile ad formats. AppWall is already in use in more than 220 countries worldwide.

“MobPartner brought a new source of revenue to JeuxVideo.com with its Appwall,” said Amélie Michelon, Director of Mobvious France (Hi-media Group, publishers of JeuxVideo.com). “We’re very happy with this new monetisation solution – it brings in good revenue, it’s non-intrusive for users and it delivers real added value to our Android and iPhone apps.”

The flexibility of the AppWall solution means that publishers such as JeuxVideo.com can adapt it according to their own vertical sector – in this case games. They can also customise AppWall to fit their app’s own style, format and colour scheme. Publishers can choose app offers from MobPartner or other ad networks to display on their AppWall.

Commenting on the deal, Cristina Constandache, Senior VP of Marketing at MobPartner, said, “Working with a premium publisher like JeuxVideo.com allows us to demonstrate the value and revenue opportunity of performance-based mobile advertising to other Tier One publishers who might at the moment only monetise their mobile traffic on a CPM basis.”

“Our breakthrough work with JeuxVideo.com using AppWall underlines the strength of MobPartner’s unique consultative style, and also highlights the growing momentum behind performance-based advertising in mobile – the quality and effectiveness of its results for advertisers, and its high profitability for publishers,” concluded Constandache.

JeuxVideo.com chose MobPartner’s AppWall based on MobPartner’s relationships and reach in the international games industry. MobPartner already works with the biggest developer names in the mobile games sector – including King.com, Zynga, DeNA, Game Insight and others – and therefore can bring popular premium mobile games to JeuxVideo.com’s readers.
