FusePump has announced a deal that brings together its feeds with Reevoo’s product reviews. The two companies are aiming to give their clients an increased level of credibility, which should drive conversion rates up.
Reviews supply additional information for customers and can influence their future purchasing decision. Reevoo’s research has shown sales increases of 18% on average, which it believes are partly due to consumers’ increased return visits.
Reevoo has collected millions of independent product reviews, which retailers can display on their website. The additional content is often recommended by comparison shopping engines and marketplaces to improve the shopping experience for consumers.
Leveraging the value of reviews
Steve Hurn, Reevoo’s CEO, commented on the additional features FusePump provides. “Our joint customers will now be able to leverage the value and the power of reviews from verified purchasers even more, thanks to FusePump distribution systems,” he said.
FusePump has been dealing with products for some time as part of its feeds. It lets third parties integrate advertisers’ inventories into their online channels, which can cover paid search and retargeting in addition to the previously mentioned comparison and marketplace sites.
Head of Partnerships at FusePump, Lina Patel, spoke of the enhanced functionality now available. “By partnering with Reevoo we can offer our clients a more complete package, as they will have access to all the benefits of our own ecommerce services, but also those of our technology partner,” she said.
