Adfonic’s been busy poaching a couple of top executives from two international media brands. Former News International Agency Account Director, Michael Craig, is Adfonic’s new Group Account Director and Ben Rotheram, formerly Digital Sales Manager at BBC Worldwide, assumes the role of Senior Account Manager.

There’s a new Head of Business Development UK at Coull. Ollie James joins the video affiliate network with client-side experience as Head of Online Marketing and a stint with Tradedoubler as Technical Account Director. He’s setting out to maximise the value of existing relationships and key strategic partnerships while pursuing growth opportunities.

Pascal Gayat has jumped ship from New Decade Digital, where he launched the SmartAdNetwork and DisplayInSearch advertising network offering, to Tradedoubler. He’s the network’s new Regional Director for France. Elsewhere in the company, Daniel Lancioni has been promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager.

Fresh Egg recruits fresh meat

Digital marketing Agency, Fresh Egg, has been shouting from the rooftops about its two latest hires. Ex-Telegraph Media Group Head of Editorial SEO, Richard Underwood, joins as the company’s SEO Consultant. Nathan Worthing has taken on the mantle of Head of International Search at the agency after being International SEM Director at NetBooster.

Several high profile appointments have been announced at Turn. Hannah Shepherd joins the advertising insight company as UK Sales Manager from Kontera. New Marketing Manager for Europe, Helen Miall, has experience at Microsoft Advertising where she managed its EMEA trade marketing. Jenny Greenway has opted to leave Vibrant Media to become Turn’s Senior Business Development Manager in Europe.

Quaturo’s barely six months old, but it has already been the subject of an acquisition by digital marketing agency, BlueGlass. The entire Quaturo team will all have new positions as they form part of BlueGlass UK. Managing Director, Kevin Gibbons, remains and takes on the UK Managing Director position.

Quidco promotes Account Directors

It must be annual review time at Quidco. Two of the cashback publisher’s Account Directors have been moved up the corporate ladder. Emma Faulkner is now Head of Online Sales and James Cartlidge is Head of Client Performance as the company looks to build on its performance in 2012.

Vouchercloud’s been making the transition from national to international provider of retailer discounts. The affiliate’s new strategy is shown in the promotion of Jacob Mazan. He has been promoted from Account Manager to Head of International Accounts at Vouchercloud parent, Invitation Digital.

Last, but by no means least, we have our own employee news to announce. New A4u recruit, Drew Cameron, joins the sales team as Group Business Development Manager and is responsible for sponsorship opportunities after holding a similar position at LivingSocial. Drew takes on the role vacated by Stuart Pringle, who is now Senior Business Development Manager at Keynote World Media.
