Digital Net Agency Acquires 4 Paws Marketing

Digital Net Agency has announced the acquisition of 4 Paws Marketing. DNA has stated that the deal has made it the biggest programme management agency in the United States when it comes to providing digital marketing solutions to clients irrespective of size or industry.

The buy has already been finalised. 4 Paws will have its talent integrated with DNA’s brand protection technologies and the two firms will now operate as a whole under the Digital Net Agency moniker.

DNA has been quite active in the market in recent weeks. Plaid Skirt Marketing, a digital marketing agency specialising in branding and social media was snapped up earlier this month. It meant Plaid’s president, Skip Graham, joined DNA as Chief Strategy Officer.

4 Paws' deep industry knowledge

DNA CEO, Aaron Baker, was complimentary about the assets 4 Paws brought to his own company. “4 Paws Marketing possesses a deep knowledge within the affiliate marketing space, and will provide DNA and its clients with world-class talent within the affiliate channel,” he explained.

4 Paws Marketing is an online marketing agency specialising in the affiliate channel. The agency covers everything from affiliate recruitment and optimisation strategies to brand protection and creative services.

Samantha Morris, Founder of 4 Paws Marketing, is excited about becoming part of DNA’s ranks. “We are thrilled to join DNA; their commitment to service and accountability within the digital market space coincides with that of 4 Paws Marketing,” she said.
