Can you give us a brief overview of Interhome for those who may not have heard of you before?

Interhome is Europe’s leading provider of self-catering holiday accommodation throughout Europe with over 30,000 holiday properties in 30 countries, including 100’s of popular holiday locations.

We have a variety of properties from low-cost under our ‘Cheep Cheep’ brand and luxury properties from our ‘Selection’ brand, our portfolio includes holiday villas, city apartments, country residences and ski accommodation offering something for every holidaymaker.

All Interhome properties are vigorously inspected and given a star rating which means we’re able to assure quality across the board. Interhome has been around for over 40 years and we help thousand of customers go on holiday every year. High ABV means the rewards for promoting Interhome are high. As an accommodation only provider, Interhome would make the perfect addition to a portfolio of travel services.

What does Interhome make available to its affiliates to help them promote the programme?

Our programme is able to support everyone from basic links all the way up to full XML integration. We provide banners and search widgets which are very effective at converting traffic. Also available to our bigger affiliates is our extensive partner site which includes web stats so affiliates can check their transactions.

Affiliate marketing is a big focus for us so we’re here to support affiliates in anyway whether its through one of the networks we’re on or directly through our own programme.

We have an early booking offer which is 10% off bookings made 9 months before arrival date, and late deal which is 33% off bookings made 8 days before arrival date. We also regularly have discount codes which can be combined with our other offers, giving customers a very attractive discount.

Do you have any tips for new affiliates looking to start promoting Interhome?

We find that affiliates who perform the best are ones who provide as much information about the property and the area. Our xml feeds include full descriptions, prices, availability and reviews to give the customer as much information as possible.

We have such a wide range of properties across many countries, which could be daunting to a smaller affiliate but I’d recommend they have a look through our portfolio and specialise in a particular area or type of property.

Are there any exciting new developments coming up for Interhome affiliates?

Yes, we’re constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our offering and have a brand new website and mobile site which will be released this autumn.

We’re always adding new properties or expanding into new holiday destinations to make us more attractive to customers.
