Performance industry's Spring networking event

This Thursday sees the industry’s Spring networking event in central London. Held at The Grace Bar in the West End, the social gathering allows around 300 affiliate marketing to network and mingle in an informal setting with a few free drinks thrown in.

If you’d like to attend then you will need to register. Please note, due to the popularity of these events we can only allocate a maximum of two places per company.

IAB AMC follow-up

The event follows the first full meeting of the Affiliate Marketing Council since January. iProspect is playing host this time around and top of the agenda will be the ongoing debate surrounding the revised ePrivacy Directive. Nathan Salter, who heads up the AMC’s legislation committee will be updating on the Consumer Transparency Framework, including the actions advertisers and publishers should be taking a month before the ICO focuses on enforcement.

We will also be updating on the consumer facing affiliate portal: an exciting development that will enable anyone in the affiliate industry to link to a site that explains the mechanics of what we all do on a day to day basis.

We’ll also cover off an update on the voucher code, code of conduct and an enhanced agreement between A4U and the IAB to showcase industry issues and successes.
